Description
The Vepro-Gel 100 PC is a high functional protein, manufactured from pork collagen. This allergen-free
protein has an excellent water and fat binding capacity that contributes to the overall texture of the
finished product. Due to its neutral taste, it can be used in many different emulsified meat products
because of its functional and analytical properties.

The Vepro-Gel 85 PP is a pork protein meal with typical odour and colour variation from light grey to
light yellow-brown , manufactured from food grade pork trimming. This allergen-free protein is mainly
used in cuttered and ground meat products as it’s improving the final texture.

DRIED GLOBIN PROTEIN POWDER

Description
Porcine globin protein obtained by fractionation and drying, suitable for the meat industry. Its high
emulsifying and waterbinding capacity stabilizes water and lipids, ensures the cohesion of meat mixes
and improves the nutritional value. Besides his excellent functional properties Vepro 95 HV has the
advantage to be tasteless and odourless.
